Dine Out for Life on March 11, 2004.
On March 11, 2004, over 200 restaurants in the D.C. metro area will participate in Dine Out for Life, a fundraiser for Food & Friends (For people living with HIV/AIDS and other life-challenging illnesses, the battle is far from over. We just make sure no one has to do it on an empty stomach.) Participating restaurants are donating anywhere from 25% to 100% of your bill to the organization. No joke--three restaurants (Carlyle Grande in Shirlington, 18th & U Duplex Diner, and Ristorante Tosca on F Street)--will each donate 100% of your bill to Food & Friends.
If you are in the DC-metro area, please make plans to go out for dinner on this night. Many restaurants are even participating during breakfast and lunch; get the details and make your reservations.
