Andy Rosenberg, a Democrat running for Congress from my district (the 8th in Virginia, seat currently held by Rep. Jim Moran) has revamped his website and included a MovableType blog with a subscription feed (no link to the feed on his site, but it's there).  Not only does he have open comments, but he is actually responding to the comments himself.  Very nice.
