> Ctrl+X, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+C, and my favorite...alt+spacebar, C.

Oh dear.  This sounds a little bit like me.  Except I don't lecture, really I don't.  I really just do not understand people who think, on a regular basis, that it is more efficient to use the mouse to do anything (she says, as she uses her mouse to switch from WYSIWYG to Source editing on the Radio homepage...).

But they didn't mention Ctrl+[Arrow], Shift+[Arrow], or Ctrl+Shift+[Arrow] (to move a word/paragraph in a direction, select a character/line in a direction, or select a word/paragraph in a direction, respectively).  Those are important.  And, they didn't mention alt+[hotkey] to access menus, or Ctrl+[ or Ctrl+] to adjust font size of the selected text up or down a point...or Ctrl+Tab to (surprise!) move through the tabs in a window, or alt+Tab to cycle through open applications on your machine, or the little window button to launch the Start menu, or the right-click button to activate the alternate menu at the cursor, or Ctrl+> or Ctrl+< to move through messages in Outlook...

> Grrr. Grrr. Grrr. Grrr.

I have spent the last hour trying to book a flight on the US Airways website for a conference next month.  I can conclusively say that This Is The Worst Airline Website Ever.

First, it won't let me log in.  The site claims that my password is not valid, so I use the "forgot password" function and it claims my e-mail address--that I've been using to receive US Airways information and book flights for years--is not in the database.  Finally, completely frustrated, I create a new website user ID and password.  GRR #1.

Second, I want to join Dividend Miles (why I hadn't done this before, I don't know).  But one cannot join Dividend Miles at the time one is booking a new reservation.  So I go ahead and book my reservation, but am feeling irritable.  GRR #2.

Third, I go back to enroll in Dividend Miles.  It will not let me use the UserID and password I just created for the website, and the password requirements are such that I can't use the same password.  Now, for access to US Airways website, I have two separate UserIDs and passwords.  GRR #3.

That is okay, I figure; I will go back to my US Airways login and modify my profile to include my Dividend Miles number, at the same time adding the Dividend Miles number to my existing reservation.  Can you guess whether or not either of these actions is intuitive or possible?  Oh no.  No no no no no.  GRR #4.

You know, if I had known they were going to be this much trouble, I'd have flown Jet Blue, which I absolutely love.  The headache and foul mood I'm sporting as a result of this interaction with US Airways is not worth the $50 I saved...

MSDN is listing community blogs now.  [The Scobleizer Weblog]

Straight from the source.  Posted here as much for my reference as anything...note that many of the blogs include syndication feeds.  More coolness.
