Note to self: When studiously reviewing the documentation for a new system, it is important to be reviewing the most current version of the documentation. Disregarding the newer, up-to-date documentation will lead to very odd calls with the technical support representative, and make you feel OhSoStupid.
Note to vendor: Clearly marking the documentation version on the cover and/or spine of said documentation would make your customers feel LessStupid.
