Saturday an agreement was reached, in Paris, to bring an end to the civil war in the Cote d'Ivoire. Protesters opposed to the power-sharing agreement rioted outside the French Embassy while rebel groups, who will apparently gain some ground with this agreement, celebrated in Bouake.
